I am honored to be on the team as arranger and conductor, collaborating with composer and producer Aaron Nigel Smith, on his musical, York the Explorer. Aaron won the Creative Heights award to craft his “folk opera” reimagining the African-American, York, a slave who accompanied the historic Lewis & Clark Expedition. I am so thrilled to be working with musicians of 45th Parallel, as well as violinist Benjamin Hunter on this amazing project!
